Illuminated Painting 8/10
Description
This series both - wall lights and oil paintings. The series consists of 10 different motifs. The project was designed to create abstract ink drawings and then choose a selection of over 300 drawings. As a result of this selection, similarity to motifs of modern classics emerged - hence the certainly pretentious name ‘10 Glowing Modern Arts Greats’.
The background as well as the motif is painted thickly with high-quality oil paint. Two small light bulbs illuminate the space between the motif and the background. The lighting can be switched on and dimmed on the side of the brass frame. Due to the construction and their three-dimensionality, these murals look very special and more like a relief or object than a mural.

Care
Stainless steel: We recommend cleaning with a microfibre cloth and glass cleaner. This allows all imprints to be cleaned without leaving streaks.
Acrylic glass: Acrylic glass looks very good even after more than 30 years. Scratches caused by use form a patina that does not detract from the transparent look.
Brass: Brass darkens over time and can be polished to a high lustre with brass polishing agents.
